Because the Platform is interactive and requires responses from you, we provide this Privacy Policy to describe how we may collect, use and protect personally identifying information that you provide us through our interactions. If we ask you to provide personal information, we will only use it according to this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy occasionally by posting updates on our website at remedymetrics.com/privacy-policy/. You should check here regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. If we make substantial changes, we may let you know.

Sharing of Information & Security

We do not and will not sell your information to others.

We do, however, share your information with certain service providers to provide the Platform and keep it working. For instance, all personal information we collect is stored in a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant secure data infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We also use the Azure services for email and text communications with you. You can review Microsoft’s privacy policy for more information on how they treat your personal information here: https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/PrivacyStatement#.

We may also share your information with web analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, to help us assess the use of the Platform and Websites and improve them. You can learn more about their privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US.

Access to any personal information is through password-protected accounts by employees and the service providers and contractors we work with in providing our services. Any service providers or contractors we work with are contractually bound to adhere to this Privacy Policy, to keep your personal information as safe as we keep it and to only use the personal information for the limited purpose of providing the contracted services to us.

We also share certain personal information with other Users through the Platform. For instance, we may share your name and daily assessment score or risk level with your school or employer so they can determine if you are cleared to return to school or work. We may report your assessment score or risk level, or we may report it relative to the threshold set by your school or employer (e.g., has an assessment score below or above their set threshold for returning). If you are a minor, your personal information is also accessible to your Data Guardian for their review.

Finally, some information, such as certain online identifiers or cookies, may be collected, stored and used anonymously or in the aggregate, meaning they cannot be used to identify you. We may also use anonymized data from the Platform to improve the risk assessment algorithm.
